18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. eGFR by CKD-EPI < 60 ml/min/1.73m2 or 2. urine protein > 500 mg/day or 3. Adult polycystic kidney disease 4. agree to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 patients under intervention trial 2. life expectancy less than 3 years 3. cannot come for follow up 4. refuse to participate in the study 5. on prednisolone > 5 mg/day 6. history of taking cytotoxic drugs within 100 days 7. SLE 8. kidney transplant 9. history of acute myocardial infarction or stroke within 3 months
