Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First pregnant woman 2. GA 32-35 weeks 3. No complications during pregnancy such as high blood pressure, diabetes, prenatal hemorrhage, twin pregnancies, severe anemia. or a fetus with abnormal health conditions, etc. 4. Fetal has the head as the lead. 5. Planning a vaginal birth 6. Able to read and understand Thai language 7. Have a mobile phone running the Android operating system (Android) or the LINE Official Account application.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The sample group developed complications during the research. 2. The sample group did not participate in the activities as scheduled.
