Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy perimenopausal and postmenopausal women (<5 years menstruation cessation) who live in Northeastern Thailand 2. Aged between 45-60 years old 3. Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18-23 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers who have been diagnosed with one of the following; diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases, liver disease, kidney disease, respiratory diseases, autoimmune disease, hematological disorder, cancer, and head injury 2. Volunteers who have been Hysterectomy and/or Oophorectomy 3. Volunteers who use hormone or any drug that effect on Hypothalamic Pituitary Gonadal axis and nervous system three months before the test 4. Volunteers who require supplements or any drugs that affect the nervous system by order of the doctor before the test 5. Volunteers who have taken any antibiotics medication or paracetamol one month before the test 6. Athlete or volunteers who have a regular exercise more than 3 times per week 7. Smoking more than 10 pieces per day 8. Drinking alcohol more than 5 times per day 9. Volunteers who participate in other projects 10. Volunteers who have taken any antiplatelet or anticoagulants drugs 11. Fish oil allergy
