Incidence of Adrenal Insufficiency in Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma Patients after Treatment with the 5th Chemotherapy Cycle Consisting of High Dose Corticosteroid '
Adrenal insufficiency was detected by doing 1 mcg ACTH stimulation test and receiving R-CHOP chemotherapy regimen.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis DLBCL participating in the research project ''Incidence of Adrenal Insufficiency in Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma Patients after Treatment with the 5th Chemotherapy Cycle Consisting of High Dose Corticosteroid'' 2. The patient 18 years and older and participate project by sign ICF.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient had a history of adrenal insufficiency before starting chemotherapy in the previous 180 days. 2.The patient has a history of CT results showing that nodules in the adrenal glands were present. 3.The patient has a history of drugs steroids use. or suspected drugs steroids were an during the 180 days prior to participation in the study.
