Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with myofascial trigger points located within the quadratus lumborum and erector spinae muscles 2. Non-specific low back pain 3. Willingness to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Systemic conditions 3. Degeneration of the spinal vertebrae 4. Ongoing spinal ailments 5. History of spinal vertebrae surgery 6. History of spinal injury
