Interventions

Patients in the aerobic exercise group underwent a total of 36 sessions, 3 sessions per week over a 12-week period. Each exercise session they received consisted of 10 minutes of warm-up exercise foll

40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age between 40 to 60, 2. onset duration more than 2 years, and 3. stable medical condition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the presence of acute psychosis disability such as hallucination or delusion, 2. changing medication prescriptions during the study period, and 3. any history of other disease known to interfere with participation in this study.
