Subject uses the threshold inspiratory muscle training (IMT) twice a day in the morning and evening and 30 times per round for 8 weeks ,Subject uses the incentive spirometry twice a day in the morning

8 Years to 15 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Obese children and adolescents (BMI > 95 percentile for age)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neuro-muscular disease 2. Chronic lung diseases; asthma , bronchiectasis, congenital lung diseases 3. Lower respiratory tract infection within 4 weeks before the test 4. History of hypertention, heart diseases, pulmonary hypertention
