Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient age above 18 years old who are going to do parotidectomy anf follow up at otolaryngology clinic, chulalongkorn hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -patient who are going to do parotidectomy and neck dissection -patient who have previous radiation therapy at parotid gland or head and neck area -patient who had previous parotidectomy within 1 year -patient who receives anticholinergic drug -coagulopathy (platelet<50,000, PT,PTT>1.5xnormal control, INR>1.5)
