20 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female 2. Age between 20-30 years 3. Present sedentary lifestyle 4. Have normal BMI (between 18.50-22.90 kg/m2) 5. Have no plan to change food consumption and to modify daily lifestyle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary problems 2. Have metabolic syndrome such as diabetes mellites 3. Have serious conditions such as infection, fracture, cancer and autoimmune diseases 4. Have uncontrolled hypertension 5. Regularly participate HIIT exercise or Muay Thai exercise 6. Participate the study less than 80% of all exercise sessions.
