18 Years to 39 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.) Male and female with age 18 to 39 years (due to age greater than or equal 40 have been shown to have more risk of fall). 2.) Have asymptomatic bilateral flexible flatfoot. Flatfoot was defined as the navicular drop test more than or equal to 10 millimeters or FPI-6 score more than 7. 3.) Have a body mass index in the range of 18.5 - 22.9 kg/m2. 4.) Have ankle dorsiflexion range of motion at least 10 degrees. 5.) Can read and write Thai language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.) Have undergone lower extremity surgery. 2.) Have a history of trauma or accidents in the lower extremities. 3.) Have lower extremity deformities: pes cavus, pes equinus, hallux valgus with greater angle than 15 degrees, or clubfoot. 4.) Have a sign of neurological deficit over the lower extremities. 5.) Female subjects if they pregnant.
