Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: prediabetic patients who has either FPG 100-125 mg/dL, 2 h OGTT 140-199 mg/dL, or HbA1C 5.7-6.4%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetic patients Pregnancy HIV infection patients with ASCVD LBBB CHF NY class > II CKD hepatitis weight loss > 10% in 6 months
