Obesity Obesity Exercise

Interventions

Volunteer exercises are followed by the leader via the application. Three times a week, with one hour each, for 3 months.,Volunteers exercise on their own time for three months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > = 18 year 2. BMI > = 30 Kg/m2 3. Patient or patients representatives is able to signed the ICF 4. Patient is able to use online application

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with Heart disease 2.Patient with Asthma 3.Patient with insulin-dependent diabetesmellitus (IDDM) 4.Patient with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease 5. Patient with hypertension and be unable to control 6. Patient is unable to exercise 7. Patient with stroke 8. Critical patient with unstable vital signs 9. Patient with pregnancy 10. Patient with life expectancy of less than 6 months 11. Patient is unable to comply with all the study requirements
