Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infectious or para-infectious optic neuritis patients who were diagnosed at the King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital from 2007 to 2019.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - The patient whose the clinical data at the initial presentation cannot be acquired. - The patient whose follow up duration was less than one year except for the patient who had complete resolution of disease before 1 year or who was dead by a complication of the infection or treatment of optic neuritis.
