Older adults with risk of falling Seniors falling

Interventions

The participants will perform Thai boxing exercise for 40 min session, three sessions per week over four weeks. The Zanthoxylum limonella Alston essential oil patch will be placed on the clothes at a
sternum over a dance period.,The participants will perform Thai boxing exercise for 40 min session, three sessions per week over four weeks. The placebo patch with almond oil dropping on the patch wil

Age
60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female 2. Age between 60-80 years 3. Able to walk independently without gait aids 4. Have Berg balance scale less than 49 scores 5. Able to communicate with researchers comprehensively 6. Clear watching or hearing with/without glasses or hearing aids

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have Mini-mental State Examination score less than 24 scores 2. Have musculoskeletal problems related decreased balance ability 3. Have pain score equal or over than 4 scores 4. Have neurological problems or abnormal smelling sensation 5. Have cardiopulmonary problems 6. Have cancer 7. Have uncontrolled hypertension 8. Regularly work out with Thai boxing exercise or regularly use Zanthoxylum limonella Alston essential oil 9. Present allergy when testing with Zanthoxylum limonella Alston essential oil patch or placebo patch
