Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of diabetes or having a fasting plasma glucose greater than or equal to 126 mg/dL or having blood sugar levels at any time (Random plasma glucose) greater than or equal to 200 mg/dL From the first day of admission, the patient is admitted to the hospital or in the period before surgery 1-2 days. 2. Patients undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery or in combination with other open heart surgery for the first time, by appointment (Elective surgery) 3. The patient or caregiver has a smart phone. and can use the internet as well as being able to communicate via smart phones 4. Patients can communicate in Thai and understand.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of being diagnosed by a doctor with Peripheral Artery Disease or unable to feel the foot pulse in the Dorsalis pedis artery or Posterior tibial artery (Grade 0) and confirmed by a doctor.
