Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
ability of host macrophages to infect mycobacteria and the level of inflammatory cytokines secretion at 0 and 48 hours after infection The level of cytokine secretions and number of colony forming unit

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Forced vital capacity (FVC) before and after 12 weeks of the program Will be measured in sitting position on a comfortable chair with a nose clip. Then perform normal inspire and expire for 3 times followed by a maximum expiration after maximum inspiration as rapidly,Forced expiratory in 1 second (FEV1) before and after 12 weeks of the program Will be measured in sitting position on a comfortable chair with a nose clip. Then perform normal inspire and expire 3 times follow by forcefully as possible for at least 6 seconds,Maximum voluntary ventilation (MVV) before and after 12 weeks of the program The participant will use a mouthpiece and wear a nose clip. All of them are instructed to breathe rapidly and deeply for 12 seconds.,The physical fitness test (VO2max) before and after 12 weeks of the program will use the Astrand-Rhyming cycle ergometer test
