Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal weight and obesity adults (10 males and 10 females per group) which classified by percentage of body fat. 2. Subjects who used not of medicine or weight loss supplements 3. Subjects who had no medical history of gastritis or use of antacid

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Liver disease, kidney disease, thyroid disease, anemia and infectious disease
