Interventions

lie on bed in right lateral decubitus position for at least 60 min and then lie on bed in comfortable position for next 60 min (but in last 60 min, volunteers must lie in supine position more than 48

Age
18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy volunteers aged 18-45 years old 2. Well cooperate, can lie on the bed for at least 60 min 3. complete annual health checkup in 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes mellitus 2. end-stage renal disease 3. take opioids 4. take metoclopramide 5. gastroesophageal reflux disease 6. abnormal gastrointestinal tract such as gastric outlet obstruction, esophageal stricture 7. intraabdominal mass 8. previous intraabdominal surgery 9. pregnant 10. uncooperative such as psychosis 11. cannot lie in right lateral decubitus position 12. BMI more than 30 kg/m2
