Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PDAC group : 1.Age>= 18 years 2.Confirmed diagnosis of PDAC by imaging and tissue diagnosis 2.1Imaging : CT, MRI, EUS 2.2 Tissue : FNA, cytology, Biopsy Cystic neoplasm group: 1.Age>= 18 years 2.Confirmed diagnosis of IPMN by imaging : CT, MRI, EUS No-pancreatic lesion group : 1.Age>= 18 years (age and sex matched with PDAC) 2.Without any pancreatic lesion confirmed with imaging 3.No history of previous pancreatitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Concurrent or previous history of 2nd malignancy Previous treatment of PDAC Unable to breath through mouth or nose Pregnancy Concurrent active infection
