Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 65 years old 2.Diagnosis of dementia 3. Can follow instructions 4. Can communicate with people 5. Willing and capable of 8 weeks of exercise intervention 6. Be able to walk 10 meters
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with severe dementia, and unable to follow instructions, 2. Diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, or stroke 2. Injured within three months, and the doctor advised them not to exercise 3. Have a history of neurological disease, musculoskeletal system or cardiopulmonary disease that restricts participants from attending this experiment
