Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients with keloids
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.pregnant patients 2.history of herpes zoster infection; an immunocompromised status 3.presence of infections or skin diseases 4.history of steroid and lidocaine allergy 5. history of keloid treatment within the past 1 year
