To design a model to increase level of physical activity of generation Y population. Physical Activity Collective Action theory Generation Y population

Interventions

The experimental group will be exposed to 2 interventions consist of (1) Physical activity education for 2 weeks
send information via Group Chat step counter Apps and Line and (2) Motivation, based on Collective action of physical activity for 6 weeks
Collective action of physical activity refers to action of physical activity taken together by a group of people whose goal is to enhance their condition and achieve a common objective and upon comple
s agreement via Step counter Apps.,The control group will not be exposed to any.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Having insufficient physical activity according to guideline of WHO for adults, 2. Classified as in the contemplation stage following Transtheoretical Model of behavior change, 3. Held Thai nationality, 4. not a person with disability

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. don't have internet access. 2. a person with disability.
