Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 188 PCOS patients attending the gynecological endocrinology clinic during January 2014- March 2020 at Srinagarind Hospital, Khon Kaen University, Thailand. A diagnosis of PCOS was based on the revised Rotterdam 2003 criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)previously diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, or other endocrinologic abnormalities 2)had history of steroid or other hormonal usage 3)had incomplete medical records were excluded
