Osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture patients were recruited from the outpatient clinic of orthopedic department of E-DA Hospital, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The inclusion criteria of this study include 1) age 45-90 years old patient diagnosed with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, 2) planned to receive percutaneous vertebroplasty. However, patient with a malignant tumor, acute infectious disease, had thoracic or lumbar fusion surgery history, had been diagnosed with pulmonary disease

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Age 45-90 years old patient 2 Had been diagnosed with osteoporotic VCFs by orthopedist 3 Planed to receive PVP
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Malignant tumor 2 Acute infectious disease 3 Had spinal fusion surgery history 4 Had been diagnosed with pulmonary disease 5 Shoulder active flexion and abduction range of motion less than 120 degrees 6 Can not use mouthpiece
