Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Postpartum women after 1-1.5 years of childbirth. 2. Aged 18 years or older. 3. History of gestational diabetes mellitus. 4. No alcoholic drinking. 5. Willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Being pregnant. 2. Having hepatitis B virus infection. 3. HIV infection. 4. Receiving drugs that affect liver function, including amiodarone, valproate, tamoxifen, methotrexate, or other chemotherapeutic agents.
