Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients who are more than 18 years old. 2. All abdominal surgery, include both laparoscopy and open surgery, from any incision or gastrointestinal pathology 3. Any wound classification 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) patient classification < 5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Potential second-look operation or planned revisionary surgery. 2. Patient who had history of allergy with alcohol. 3. Already participate in the other trials involving abdominal operation. 4. Using prosthetic material in surgical wound 5. Not willing to participate
