Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Severe hemophilia A 2. Age of more than 18 years 3. Last FVIII transfusion of longer than 72 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. concomitant antiplatelets and/or anticoagulants used 2. chronic kidney disease stage 4-5 (glomerular filtration rate of less than 30 mL/minute) 3. liver impairment (prothrombin time of longer than 16 seconds)
