35 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being equal or more than 35 and not more than 70 years old with a diagnosis of T2DM Having a fasting plasma sugar level more than 140 milligrams percent in at least two follow up clinic visits (a month apart); HbA1c equal or more than milligrams percent Can access to internet willing to participate in the trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: people with T2DM: who are being treated with insulin, who have severe complications (e.g. retinopathy, stroke), or who are too unwell to participate in the program.
