Triamcinolone Acetonide 40mg 1ml + 1% Lidocaine 1ml with fluoroscopic to assist to mark the location of the 1st CMC joint,Triamcinolone Acetonide 40mg 1ml + 1% Lidocaine 1ml by palpation the location

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.tender at base of thumb, 2.Grind test, Axial compression test : positive, 3.A Robert view of thumb:joint narrowing, joint widening , osteophyte, 4.Eaton and Littler classification 1-4, 5.no history of steroid injection, 6.failure of medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of steroid injection at first carpometacarpal joint before, 2.other pain disease at base 1st metacarpal joint, 3.allergy to steroid or xylocaine ,4.severe infection within 4 weeks , 5.poor control diabetic disease, 6.patient had been life vaccine injection within 2 weeks
