Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: postmenopausal women with overactive bladder symptom which in woman complained at least 3 months, frequency of micturition on average at least 8 times per 24 hours and at least three episodes of urgency (at least grade 2 by Patient Perception of Intensity of Urgency Scale )
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Receive hormone therapy within 6 months Use a moisturizing agent or vaginal lubricant within 30 days. Received drugs to treat overactive bladder (Antimuscarinics or beta 3 adrenoceptor agonists) within 3 months. Botox injections treatment around the bladder over a period of 6 months. Patient having pelvic organ prolapse at level 3 or higher Patients who have contraindications to the use of vaginal carbon dioxide laser therapy. Patients who have brain problems and are able to make decisions for oneself.
