Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All of the following : 1.Age more than 18 years old 2.Respiratory failure requiring intubation and mechanical ventilation 3. Requiring high flow nasal cannula after extubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unretrievable data from medical records 2.Use of other types of oxygen therapy before High flow nasal cannula during post-extubation period
