Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have unilateral distal radius closed fracture. 2. Age above 18 years old 3. Can read and written inform and consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bleeding disorder or coagulopathy 2. Unable to tolerant for local anesthesia 3. Unable to complete questionnaire 4. Allergy to lidocaine 5. Other bone fracture
