Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Operation involves LAD anastomosis, ASA class II-IV, patients taking oral beta blocker within 24 hours before surgery, patients with left ventricular ejection fraction more than 35 percent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: malignant arrhythmia, preoperative heart rate less than 50 bpm, preoperative hypotension or unstable hemodynamics, allergic to dexmedetomidine, dexmedetomidine administration within 24 hour before surgery, redo-operation
