Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients who presented with OHCA to Ramathibodi Hospital's emergency department, whether transported by EMS or non-EMS, were included in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A patient with a traumatic cardiac arrest an obvious sign of death prior to resuscitation such as rigor mortis a Do-Not-Resuscitate
