The gold standard to evaluated cuff pressure is pressure gauge manometer. However, it may not be feasible or cost effective to have a pressure gauge manometer at every site. Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pediatric patients age 2-7 years 2. Undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia requiring tracheal intubation in Srinagarind hospital 3. ASA class 1-2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Expected difficult airway 2. History of difficult intubation 3. Risk of aspiration 4. Tracheal disorder such as tracheal stenosis, tracheomalacia or conditions known to be associated with airway problems
