ASA Stardard monitoring Spinal anesthesia with 0.5% isobaric Marcaine 2 ml and sterile normal saline 2 ml (total 4 ml) with morphine 0.2 mg General anesthesia with Desflurane:O2:air, propofol, cisat

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who was scheduled for laparoscopic liver resection with specialty hepatobiliary surgeon with general anesthesia at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, and American Society of Anesthesiology Physical Status (ASA) I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refuse to participate this study 2.Allergy to any drug in this study 3.Serious diseases other than liver diseases, such as cardiovascular, respiratory or endocrine system conditions 4.Contraindication for spinal anesthesia 5.Taking chronic sedatives drug and opioid - alcoholics or drug abuse 6.Psychaitic problems 7.Abody mass index (BMI) >= 30 kg/m 2 8.History of malignant hyperthermia 9.Cannot use PCA (Patient controlled analgesia)
