Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy subjects aged equal or greater than 20 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to perform spirometry 2. Unable to perform IOS 3. Spirometry not met American Thoracic Society (ATS)/European Respiratory Society (ERS) 2005 standard 4. IOS not met standard recommended according to the ERS standard 5. History of smoking greater than 5 pack-years 6. Subjects with a history of asthma, other chronic lung disease or current acute respiratory infection 7. Obesity: BMI > 30 kg/m2
