Group P50 are prophylactic administered by IV slow injection of phenylephrine 50 in 10 ml within 30 seconds with opening three ways of 3-way stopcock to imitate the function of a syringe pump.,Group P

18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA physical status I or II 2.Age more than or equal 18 years old 3.Singleton baby 4.Term pregnancy (GA more than or equal 37 weeks)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre gestational or gestational hypertension 2. Cardiovascular disease 3. Cerebrovascular disease 4. Obstetric complications (eg. abruptio placenta , placenta previa) 5. Known abnormal fetus 6. History use of monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) or other drugs that prolong heart conduction 7. Other medications except spinal bupivacaine and spinal morphine before baby delivery
