Interventions

The Bangkok Health Research and Ethics Interest Group (HREIG) was formed in August 2019, and since then has been providing advice and critical feedback to Mahidol-Oxford Tropical Medicine Research Uni
a researcher/support staff affiliated with a research project who attended the HREIG session
an invited presenter who introduced/discussed their area of expertise
an observer of an HREIG session. There are a total of 16 participants in this group.,The HREIG facilitators who have facilitated with at least one HREIG session as a facilitator in the last two years,

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants belong to any of the above categories (A-C) 2. 18 years old and over 3. Provide written informed consent 4. Able to use a computer/ phone/tablet

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. HREIG members who joined the group in the second recruitment round in May 2021 may not enter this study, as they only attended one induction meeting to date 2. Participants may not enter the study if they have left HREIG or MORU, or were only observers (i.e. did not actively contribute to the session or help with facilitation) 3. External visitors who were invited to work with HREIG to gain feedback on their project (e.g. funders and collaborators) are excluded
