neonates requiring stoma will be divided in group A and B. sutured stoma will be made in group A,sutureless stoma will be made in group B

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All sick neonates requiring laprotomy and enterostomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Stoma for imperforate anus Stoma for hirschsprung's disease
