Inclusion criteria: -Elective colonoscopy -ASA I-III -Completed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Emergency colonoscopy -ASA IV -Liver disease -BMI more than 35 Kg/m2 -Pregnancy -Allergy to local anesthetic agent or propofol
