Interventions

The training group will be received a breathing training device with 40% of MIP and the control group with 0% of MIP. Both group training with 15 repetitions, 3 sessions/day, 5 days/week,No interventi

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female or male, aged above 60 years old Normal BMI (18-23 kg/m2) Able to communicate, understand and follow the command Normal cognitive performance Able to walk independently Respiratory muscle strength < 70% predicted level

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Blood pressure >180/120 mmHg at rest Heart rate > 120 times/minute at rest Musculoskeletal disease (e.g. severe OA of knee) or neurological disease (e.g. Stroke, Spinal cord injury, Parkinson) that affect to walk History of COPD or Asthma diagnosis form doctor Medical diagnosis psychological disorder Pulmonary disease History of thoracic surgery Serve scoliosis
