Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients age 28 days to 18 years who are admitted to PICU, 2. Orotracheal intubation using video-laryngoscopic supervision method, direct laryngoscopic method, or video-laryngoscopic intubation method

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have cardiac arrest before intubation
