Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 yrs 2. Scheduled for laparoscopic bariatric surgery 3. Be able to control Patient-controlled analgesia pump 4. Understand Thai consent received
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindicated for Nefopam use 2. Known history of cardiac disease : CAD, CHF, arrhythmia 3. CrCl < 40ml/min 4. Chronic liver disease Child Pugh class B,C 5. Hypersensitivity to nefopam, fentanyl, bupivacaine 6. Chronic opioid user
