BACKGROUND: Percutaneous Endoscopic Lumbar spine surgery is currently widely accepted. Results are promising with many established clinical trials. However, dermal thermal injury is an elusive complication of endoscopic lumbar spine surgery and is still left unaddressed. OBJECTIVE: To determine the correlations between duration of radiofrequency cautery usage and dermal thermal injury in Percutaneous Endoscopic Lumbar spine surgery. Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients over 18 years of age undergoing biportal percutaneous full endoscopic surgery at lumbar spine by spine specialist 2.Patient was surgery in H.R.H. Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Medical Center (MSMC)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with skin abnormalities in the area of surgery 2.Patient had a skin disease
