Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Older adults age as 60 to 75 years 2. No depression symptoms and cognitive impairment evaluated by Thai Geriatric Depression Scale and TMSE 3. No limitation to attend the program such as inflammation, pain (pain score 5 or higher), fever (BT as 38.5 Celsius or higher), and vital sign abnormality 4. In case of caregivers who attend the CPR training, they should not have health problem limiting them from attending the CRP training such as heart disease, chest pain, asthma or COPD, inflammation, pain (pain score as 5 or higher), fever (BT as 38.5 Celsius or higher), and vital sign abnormality 5. willing to join this study by provide signature in the consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Experiencing cute illness during attending the program 2. Unable to complete 6 out of 8 activities of the program
