Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Known case CAD who presenting with chest pain in ED(Age >/= 18 years old) 2.Conscious patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Traumatic chest pain 2.Hemodynamic instability or any episode of cardiac arrest 3.ECG shows clear-cut acute STEMI 4.Pregnancy 5.Language barriers and inability to provide
