Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study included acute STEMI patients who admitted to the cardiac care unit at Nakornping Hospital form January 2017 to December 2018. All patients must be an age of 18 or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had contraindication to SK according to the European Society of Cardiology guideline , and missing ECG data were excluded.

The safety was the incidence of Thrombolytic in Myocardial Infarction (TIMI)(6) major bleeding 7 days TIMI bleeding criteria. Major bleeding was defined as any intracranial bleeding (ICH)
