Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai national 2. Age > 18 years 3. Male or female who had a liver disease and receiving health care under the supervision of researcher at Gastroenterology and Liver Clinic, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Chulalongkorn University 4. Provide electronic informed consent
