The Reduced Sedentary Time (ReSeT) program is a 3 months program to reduce sedentary behavior among office workers that consists of 4 essence components including,
1) Policy: health promotion policy

Eligibility
Sex/Gender
All
Age
18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Office workers who are 18 years of age or older 2. A full-time job 3. Use a computer during work for more than two hours 4. Be voluntary participation in the program 5. Be able to read and write in the Thai language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A movement disorder person 2. A pregnant woman
